The Oddities and Curiosities Expo draws people from all walks of life who enjoy the strange and unusual and the event offers something for everyone. The Oddities and Curiosities Expo, the original traveling oddities event that hits major cities across the country and features 150+ oddity vendors and artists, will take over Atlanta Convention Center at America’s Mart in Atlanta, GA, the weekend of February 11th and 12th, 2023. This class is for adults and mature teens only. Optional habitats can be built out with fun foliage elements from nature. In addition to learning how to preserve and display animals, students in the class will be provided with tools and materials so they can customize their own unique creations. In these classes, students will work with sustainably sourced frozen animals to learn the basics of taxidermy. We're thrilled to host day-long classes taught by Heather Clark of The Sleeping Sirens, where you can learn how to make your own taxidermy mounts from a full sized rabbit to a large rat!
